Order will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation unless informed via email.
Order will be shipped via Pgeon, GDEX or NinjaVan, estimated delivery time frame is as follows:
West Malaysia – 3 to 5 working days.
East Malaysia – 4 to 10 working days.
If you place your order on Saturday (after 12 pm) or Sunday, we will ship out your order the next working day (for example, Monday).
If you place your order on Public Holiday, we will ship out your order on the next working day.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
CHARGES
Peninsula Malaysia
- Order of RM180 and above will be eligible for FREE Shipping.
- Order below RM180 will be charged at a standard rate of RM7.
- Litters, Cage and certain oversized item might incur an additional surcharge based on weight.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan)
Delivery Time: 3 to 14 Working Days.
- Order of RM250 and above will be eligible for FREE Shipping.
- Order below RM250 will be charged at a standard rate of RM15 (First KG) and subsequently, additional each RM10 will be charged for every KG. (Example: First KG = RM15, if total cart product weight exceed 2.1KG = RM25)
- Cat Tree, Litters, Cage and certain oversized item might incur an additional surcharge based on weight.
Bulky or Large Size Products
- Products such as Cat Tree, Scratching Post, Cage and other oversized item are NOT entitle to FREE SHIPPING.
- Bulky or Large size products will be labelled with a note to indicate the product is not entitle for FREE SHIPPING.
- Any purchase of the indicated large size product in an order will remove the FREE SHIPPING function even though the subtotal of other products are over the indicated amount. (For example, if Product A+B+C = RM190, and the cart consist of a large size product, FREE SHIPPING feature will not be applied).
- Shipping fee for large item products will be based on 3rd Party Logistic company rate.
Local Pick up
- Local Pick Up service is only available within Kuala Lumpur area.
- Upon selecting this option in the checkout page, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp (based on your tel number).
